Today one of our girls was really sick, so the girls and I all stayed home from church so we could let her rest and so that we wouldn’t give anything to the primary kids. Whenever we have to do that, I try to do some church at home with the girls, so that we still have an uplifting day of learning and worship. One thing I like to do is to teach the girls a lesson, then give them each a turn to give a “talk.” This gives them an opportunity to think about what they feel and know and share it with the rest of us.

Our curly-headed 2-year-old was the best today. She made her own little pulpit and really expounded the scriptures to us. I tried so hard not to laugh. :) Here are a few pictures of her and her “pulpit:”
