I have waited for this my entire life.

I still remember my own baptism.  I can’t begin to describe how I have looked forward to my own child’s baptism.

There was no feeling in the world like seeing her and her father together, all in white.  Two of the very dearest people in my life.

I don’t think I will ever forget how I felt when she came out of the water.  She was radiant.

She has prepared for her baptism for a long time.  I am so proud of her and the choices she has made.

I love you, sweetheart.

So much has been going on in our lives lately that has made my heart fill with gratitude…blessed am I.

Congratulations! She looks adorable. Madelynne will be baptized next Saturday. It’s kind of a jarring moment when you fully realize your oldest has reached the age of accountability.
