Mountains

Lots going on this week.  I’m still climbing this mountain of my own, and by steadily putting one foot in front of the other, I find myself gradually gaining higher ground.  Peace is coming in small moments.  I am changing, thoroughly changing, as I climb.

My third daughter is getting ready for her baptism this weekend, and that means loved ones in town and lots of activity.  She’s been climbing her own little mountain, and it’s been something I’ve quietly watched.  Our family is getting ready for a bold new adventure soon after that.  More very soon.
